Launch of Code of Practice Training Programs

 

Royal Life Saving is pleased to announce the launch of the Aquatic Rescue and Basic First Aid courses which have been geared specifically for recently introduced Code of Practice. These courses have been released to ensure that all facility managers and caretakers are compliant as per ‘the Code’.

 

Royal Life Saving have gone one step further and developed several delivery options for the specific training programs to ensure that all operators are qualified before the Code’s cut of date for compliance on the 1st of October 2008.

 

The delivery methods of the Society include;

 

  1. Facility manager/caretaker to accesses RISE website (www.rise.com.au) and makes independent arrangements to book into the appropriate courses.

 

  1. Strata company to book a trainer to work with their facility managers, allowing them to train in their own facilities.

 

  1. Individual bookings are made through Royal Life Saving, and the trainer is sent out that specific facility to train the individuals.

 

  1. Training is bundled with a risk management audit of their facility and can be implemented as per of their annual renewal process.
